 Kent State University at Trumbull invites applications for a full-time, nine-month, non-tenure track faculty position in Mechanical Engineering Technology beginning August 2024.

Duties/essential functions may include, but not be limited to, the following: 

 The successful candidate will be expected to teach a wide variety of undergraduate Mechanical Engineering Technology courses. The course load is 15 credit hours (5 courses) each semester.

PhD in Mechanical Engineering or closely related fields

College-level teaching experience

Assessments:

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:

 Light work-Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Incumbent must be able to communicate with others. Incumbent may be required to travel from building to building frequently and off campus occasionally.
