Institutional Accreditation and Assessment Systems Manager

$59,961 - $62,000
Basic Function:
Provide university-level operational leadership for tools and technology that support student learning assessment, academic program review, and accreditation. Reports to designated supervisor.

Examples of Duties:
Duties/essential functions may include, but not be limited to, the following:
Manage frameworks, processes and systems for assessment plans/reports, academic program review self-studies, and accreditation evidence.
Identify and assemble evidence artifacts for accreditation and continuous improvement.
Track substantive change metrics for accreditation and prepare draft applications when required.
Liaise with units for specialized accreditation awareness (timelines/status); maintain the central listing and notify stakeholders of upcoming cycles.
Provide workshops, training and outreach for the use of assessment tools and platforms.
Assist with administering university-wide student engagement and other surveys related to academic affairs, documentation and maintaining IRB materials.
Create, update and utilize dashboards (PowerBI) to support institutional effectiveness efforts and related reporting requirements.
Track licensure pass rates and assemble other data as needed for updating the student outcomes website for federal compliance review.
Perform related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field and three years of experience in higher education supporting assessment, accreditation, academic program review or academic systems; experience with training facilitation and data analysis.

Experience with accreditor policies, processes and requirements; large-scale cross-divisional projects; assessment and accreditation platforms.Assessments:
