Salary:

 $44,700 - $55,000

Basic Function:

The Research Leadership Director will serve as the project director for an NSF-funded proposal aiming to develop shared research leadership and compliance services (termed regional communities of practice (RCOPs)) between institutions of higher education. RCOPS will be developed in Ohio, Iowa, Minnesota, and Georgia. The Research Leadership Director will assist with recruitment and review of RCOP applicants, onboarding of new cohorts, call topic scheduling, and yearly in-person meetings for each RCOP.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years professional experience.

Written and interpersonal communication, including public speaking, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external constituents collaboration to effectively work with internal and external constituents and organizations personal computer applications (e.g. MS Office Suite).

 

Preferred Qualifications – if applicable:

Preferred experience working with grants and/or grant-funded programs, with transferable skills in project administration, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with external requirements.
