Basic Function:
Develop and execute LaunchNET's promotional strategy, social media strategy and coordination with other programs in the region. Manage the development, administration/execution and marketing of a variety of LaunchNET events on campus and around the region. Reports to the Assistant Director, LaunchNET.

Duties/essential functions may include, but not be limited to, the following:
Manage the development, administration/execution of marketing and promotions strategy to maintain high awareness and understanding of LaunchNET among students, faculty/staff, alumni and local community entrepreneurship and business communities.
Develop and manage a variety of LaunchNET events, including but not limited to competitions, conferences, webinars, education/panel discussions, luncheons and events associated with entrepreneurship initiatives on campus and around the region.
Develop budgets for execution of entrepreneurship strategy; organize alternative strategies and prioritize efforts to maximize return if budgets are limited – including grass root level efforts.
Collaborate with the LaunchNET team to coordinate and execute LaunchNET's social media strategy including efforts on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, blogs and any future developed outlets.
Update social media to regularly incorporate new information including but not limited to: upcoming events, newsworthy happenings, LaunchNET in the news, entrepreneur backgrounds or biographies, recognition and achievements of entrepreneurs and/or staff.
Coordinate with University Libraries' Communications Office to ensure consistency of promotion, particularly on joint events. Design, execute and disseminate regular electronic communications highlighting the operations and successes of LaunchNET.
Manage Web content.
May serve on various committees.
Perform related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and a minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience with developing and implementing marketing campaigns with a focus on digital strategy and design.
