Associate Director, Strategic Recruitment (revised)

Provides strategic direction and oversight to admission counselors while leading efforts to recruit students interested in the Honors experience at Kent State University. Provide significant management and professional support to admitting units to ensure a transformative student experience in all recruitment efforts both on and off campus. In collaboration with colleagues in admissions, the College of Honors and Global Education, and across the university and community, develop innovative recruitment initiatives to support the enrollment goals of the institution. Reports to Director of Recruitment in the Admissions office.

Video and Digital Marketing Coordinator, Athletics

Develops video and digital content in support of the marketing initiatives for Kent State Athletics. Reports to designated administrator.

Digital and Social Media Specialist

Manage the day-to-day use of interactive, digital, and social media to engage prospective students and families in an effort to drive conversions, applications, and enrollment of future students. Reports to designated supervisor.

Senior Web Content Coordinator

Guide, build and optimize university websites and digital experiences that support Kent State University's institutional goals, brand standards and audience needs. Responsible for web content strategy, information architecture, webpage composition and content optimization across Kent State's digital ecosystem. Support the evolution of Kent State's digital experience through data-informed decision making, emerging AI technologies and modern search optimization. Reports to the Executive Director, Digital Communications.

Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance Lead

Functions as a working crew leader over Vehicle and Equipment Mechanics and assists with the repair, maintenance and inspection of a variety of vehicles and equipment with gasoline and/or diesel engines (e.g., passenger cars, vans, trucks, tractors, lawnmowers, loaders, etc.). Develop formal RFI/RFQ/RFP solicitations; evaluate and develop contracts; and ensure compliance with federal, state, and university policies, procedures, and regulations.
